Panel on “How AI, Quantum Computing & Cybercrime Will Impact How We Regulate”

On March 19, I joined a panel at the George Mason University Annual Financial Services Conference 2026 to discuss AI, quantum computing, and cyber risk in the context of evolving regulation. I discussed the two-sided risk of AI adoption (both from moving too fast and too slow) and how model risk management is not fit for purpose for overseeing agents.
